I have a problem with my 50-50s , i can ollie great but when i go to ollie on a rail to 50-50 , my trucks lock on perfectly my front foot land right but my back foot doesnt stay on the board, any tips?

I am trying to find work as a gate inspector at local rail yards but need help.?
I have been working at the BNSF Argentine RailYard until recently when I quit. I want to find similar work but cannot seem to find anything listed as Gate Inspector. What I did was input incoming and outgoing truck information into a hand held computer. It consisted of checking seals, bolting containers, inspecting general physical maintenance of the containers and chasis that were coming in, trailer numbers, tractor numbers, companies and so forth information being entered and so forth. We used computers called techlogix under a computer program called Oasis. I would really like to find work in this feild again but with a company other than ITS or BNSF. HELP PLEASE!!!
