Safety rack on truck with roll top cover?

I have a Mazda b3000 and it has a retractable roll top cover on it. Does anyone know if I’ll be able to install a safety rack and keep the retractable roll top cover? The cover is below the top rail in the entire bed except where it rolls up in the front storage box behind the rear window of the pickup. The storage box does cover the top rail and it go about 10 inches back from the front of the bed and is about 3/4″ high

How do I get the insurance company to fix my truck?

I have a 2004 F150 that I bought in 06. Had been wrecked and fixed when I purchased it. Has absoluetly no problems from it since, everything looked good and was properly aligned. Someone pulled out in front of me and I hit them. They were at fault and carried a generic barely legal insurance. Took my truck to a local body shop. They worked with the insurance company to fix it. I picked it up and after a few days the noticed the bumper began to sag. Immediately called the repair shop and took it by there for them to see. They blamed it on aftermarket parts that were approved. Well they then told the insurance company that the truck was wrecked before and the front frame rail was poorly repaired. The insurance company is stating that the frame rail is the reason nothing is lined up and that since it was damaged from a previous accident they are not responsible for it and I would need to have it repaired before they could authorize any other parts. Well I see 2 possibilities here..either another bumper can be lined up with the damaged frame rail as the truck was aligned j.ust fine when I bought it up until my accident. In this case the repair shop I took it to did a worse job fixing it that the first repair shop. Or, if there is not a bumper that will line up with it, then the frame rail must have been damaged in my accident because the bumper was lined up fine before the wreck. Unfortunately the insurance company is stating that the collision center claimed the frame rail damage was caused from the previous wreck….I feel like I dont have a leg to stand on and am fighting a losing battle with both the insurance company and the collision center. What can I do? Any suggestions? I am just a regular guy without a lawyer….or much money…I just want my truck fixed. Both myself and the at fault driver are from Georgia.

Repair Shop Did a Poor job Fixing My Truck After Wreck…What can I Do?

Unfortunately the insurance company is stating that the collision center claimed the frame rail damage was caused from the previous wreck….I feel like I dont have a leg to stand on and am getting screwed majorly by both the insurance company and the collision center. What can I do? I got a good mind to plaster on my truck the name of the body shop and what a shitty job they did. I just want my truck fixed right, and being the little guy I feel like I am fighting a losing battle. I have discussed with my insurance company and can file it under mine, but that will be the absolute last ditch effort as I wasnt at fault so I shouldnt be paying jack. I have already paid more than I should have in time and effort trying to get the job done right….Any suggestions? I am just a regular guy without a lawyer….or much money…how can I keep from getting screwed?
If My insurance takes care of it, I have to pay my deductible which as a grand out of my pocket.
