go to your local D.I.Y shop and ask if they can make one up for you or a plumbing shop
the adjustable ones can be cut to size. b&q or other diy stores. they have a plastick ‘sucker’ end on them so dont damage tiles.
Buy the rail and a hacksaw, job done.
